The rooms are brand-new and generous-sized here with comfortable beds and patio, as for instance. There is a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. The location is the best and next to a great restaurant and Pirate ship, Eagle River's cute downtown area and the lake. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 0 minutes.

A Nice Stay with Comfort and Charm!
I enjoyed the rustic charm of my spacious room, perfectly situated for fine lakeside views. Breakfast offered a good assortment. For future guests, try to request an early breakfast. It can get busy during events. A lovely getaway despite a few hiccups.

Packed with surprises, Good and Bad
The comfortable beds and updated bathrooms provided a good experience , while the restaurant next door offered a tasty variety of meals that we thoroughly enjoyed.
We were disappointed with the lack of attentive staff during check-in and outdated decor that detracted from the overall ambiance of the stay.

Booked the hotel for its particularly good and beautiful location just next door to a great restaurant and Pirate ship, and Eagle River on motorcycles with out a plan or place to stay.

Our family loved staying right by the lake with fine views and easy access to downtown restaurants. The updated bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and the kids enjoyed the spacious queen room.
Some facilities showed signs of age, but it didn't significantly affect our stay.

Cleanliness stood out with fresh-smelling hallways and well-kept rooms. The rental process for the pontoon was straightforward, offering easy access to enjoy the lake directly.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy. Breakfast options felt limited and certainly didn't match the price point. The entire experience lacked a bit of pizazz. Some bathroom fixtures, like the shower head, were in desperate need of an upgrade, as they delivered an uneven water stream.

Slept well in a really soft bed, but check-in was a hassle with no one at the desk when I arrived. My room had some quirks, like an odd layout and no extra security lock on the door, made me uneasy. The carpet looked aged, needing an update. The breakfast had decent options, but could definitely improve on quality. Enjoyed the view of the lake but was disappointed when my room didn't offer one. The bathroom had a leaking sink, and a broken shower head made cleaning up a bit difficult. Staff could have been more attentive, since I had to report issues myself. The location was nice, right by the lake, though parking was sometimes tricky. I liked having a fridge in the room, but it was located outside the bathroom. I might come back for the location and soft beds, but I hope they improve the service and room updates.

The queen room was spacious and clean, contributing to a comfortable stay. The staff displayed really good friendliness and offered helpful assistance throughout our time. One highlight was the breakfast variety, especially the availability of gluten-free products, which I found very accommodating. The facility showed signs of age, which affected the overall ambiance, and access to the outside from our room was slightly inconvenient.

Getting in and out of bed reminded me of a contortionist act, and the locks were about as reliable as a chocolate teapot. Who knew exiting a room could be such an Olympic event?
